Star Citizen Terms of Service: By proceeding with logging in with Discord within flaksfortress.com, you consent to have our system automatically check your discord guild membership and membership status against the publicly available roster of our Star Citizen Organization on the RSI website. We do not access or store any private data. A successful match will grant you a verified role in our Discord.

Purpose: To link your Discord account with your membership in our Star Citizen Organization.
How It Works: After authenticating via Discord OAuth, we use your Discord User ID to confirm your membership in our Discord guild. Our system then consults the publicly available member roster for our Star Citizen Organization on the official Roberts Space Industries (RSI) website via web scraping.
Verification Process: If your identity is confirmed, our bot automatically assigns a verification role to your profile in our Discord guild, indicating your membership in the Star Citizen Organization.
Data Retention: The only persistent data in this process is the role assigned to you in Discord. This role is stored by Discord, not by us. It will remain until you leave the guild or the role is manually removed.
We do not permanently store any personal data on our servers unless explicitly required for the functionality of the artbook or verification systems.
